We provide effective Sports Massage, wonderful, flowing Swedish massage, powerful deep-tissue, Thai, Hot-Stone massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Paraffin dips and our own Integrated Therapeutic Massage tailored just for you. Tandem sessions for couples or friends are a specialty, either together in the same room or in private rooms. We offer prenatal massage to safely and naturally help with the aches and pains of any stage of pregnancy.We can also do all the travelling and set up in your home, camp or hotel so all you have to do is relax!

Welcoming Facilities

We are located On Main Street near the speed skating oval, the Arena and the beach, at the McKinley Street stoplight above High Peaks Cyclery. Our wellness oasis includes a comfortable lounge, complimentary teas, 2 single massage rooms and 1 larger room which is ideal for couples or a private yoga lesson. You'll feel calmer just walking in the door.

Hours  

We are open 7 days a week, and take appointments from 8am to 8pm. Availability may vary. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome and will be accomodated as time permits.
